Manage day-to-day operations, including monitoring and processing cash movements, handling exceptions, and enriching client money transfers.
Investigate payment issues, manage fund returns and amendments, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements across EU and Asia.
Contribute to process optimization by supporting operational model changes, managing error reports, and leveraging advanced technologies (AI/ML).
Support operational deadlines for market/currency cut-offs, handle exceptions/escalations, and ensure adherence to training, controls, and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Client Services, Treasury, Operations, etc.) to enhance client experience.
Contribute to the transformation agenda, driving innovation and global process improvements.
Assist in effective communication and stakeholder management.
Work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Proactively manage escalations, share best practices, identify risks/issues, and implement process improvements.
Support creation of an effective control environment by assisting in developing, implementing, and performing key controls.
