Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite)
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare account, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact between the BPO company and the healthcare client.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in handling a healthcare account in a BPO company
• Must be proficient in English
• Educational background: At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate
• We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online/onsite assessment and interview immediately
• Target Start Date: ASAP
