Job Title: Operations Manager (Senior Manager Level) – Content Moderation
Location: Alabang
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Graveyard Shift
Salary: Up to PHP 110,000
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Content Moderation team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Trust and Safety or Content Moderation within a BPO environment and be capable of driving operational excellence, team performance, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Content Moderation specialists to achieve operational goals.
Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and implement performance improvement plans.
Ensure adherence to Trust and Safety policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present operational reports and business insights to senior management.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in a BPO environment.
Strong experience in Trust and Safety and/or Content Moderation.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in policy-based support related to Ad Reviews.
Knowledge of billing processes, including invoicing and payment method concerns.
Experience in campaign setup, ad creation, and account configuration.
Understanding of digital advertising concepts such as CPC, CPM, targeting, and conversion tracking.
Experience using Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang on a graveyard shift.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
