Job Title: Operations Manager (Senior Manager Level) – Content Moderation
Location: Onsite | Alabang
Shift: Graveyard
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our Content Moderation team within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong expertise in Trust & Safety and a proven ability to manage performance, ensure quality standards, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content moderation professionals to achieve KPIs and service targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with Trust & Safety policies and content quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights and operational reports to senior leadership.
- Manage escalations effectively and drive timely resolutions.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a BPO environment.
- Strong background in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety operations.
- Knowledge of digital advertising (CPC, CPM, targeting, conversions) and ad review processes.
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite.
