*Account:* Specialty Pharmacy - Healthcare Account

*Work Setup:* Onsite - Night Shift / Shifting Schedule (No Fixed Weekends Off)

*Salary:* Up to PHP 20,000 Basic + PHP 3,600 Allowances - Up to PHP 23,600 Total Package

*Tenure Limit:* Maximum 36 months BPO experience

*Role Overview:*

Optum Cebu is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Specialty Pharmacy account. If you are passionate about helping others and flexible with shifting schedules, we want you!

*What You'll Do:*

- Handle inbound inquiries for Specialty Pharmacy account

- Provide compassionate customer service and healthcare support

- Assist customers with pharmacy-related concerns and prescriptions

- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and service quality

*Who Can Apply:*

- Bachelor's Degree Graduate - with or without BPO experience - can apply

- College Undergraduate / College Level - with at least 6 months to 1 year BPO experience REQUIRED

- High School Graduate - with at least 2 years BPO experience REQUIRED

- Must be flexible with shifting schedule, primarily night shift

- No fixed weekends off

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Tenure cap: Maximum 36 months of BPO experience

*Salary Breakdown - Up to PHP 23,600 Package:*

- 0 to 6 months BPO exp: PHP 17,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowance = PHP 20,600 Total

- 7 to 12 months BPO exp: PHP 18,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowance = PHP 21,600 Total

- 13 to 18 months BPO exp: PHP 19,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowance = PHP 22,600 Total

- 19 to 36 months BPO exp: PHP 20,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowance = PHP 23,600 Total
