Job Description

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to process customer orders, monitor order fulfillment, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Qualifications

At least Senior High School Graduate or College Undergraduate

At least 6 months of customer service, order management, or BPO experience is preferred

Good English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
