HIRING: OT SPECIALIST / TEAM LEAD
Lead. Secure. Protect Critical Operations.
Salary: ₱65K–₱200K
Location: Cubao | Hybrid
⏰ Schedule: Shifting
What You’ll Do
- Lead OT Security teams and drive security objectives.
- Serve as an OT Security SME and support strategic decisions.
- Secure ICS and OT environments and manage security risks.
- Oversee incident response, monitoring, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of OT Security experience
- Strong knowledge of OT/ICS security frameworks & compliance
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Willing to work shifting hours in a hybrid Cubao setup
- Must be currently in the Philippines with valid work authorization
