What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage sales teams to achieve performance targets.
• Drive outbound and inbound sales performance.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion and sales results.
• Coach leaders and team members on sales techniques and objection handling.
• Monitor performance metrics and create action plans.
• Identify process gaps and implement course corrections.
• Manage short-term team activities and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business results.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of BPO Sales experience.
• 2–3 years of experience managing leaders such as Sr. Team Leads or Assistant Managers.
• Strong experience in Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales metrics, coaching, and action planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Ability to develop strategies and implement course corrections.
• Travel & Hospitality experience is preferred, especially cruise lines or hotels.
• Must be available to start ASAP.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA.
