JOB DETAILS

Position: Outbound Sales & Collections Representative
Account: SiriusXM
Work Setup: Onsite
Basic Salary: ₱20,000
Rice Allowance: ₱1,500/month
Average Monthly Commission: ₱15,000–₱30,000
Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ₱51,500+
Perk: Free SiriusXM Radio Access

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 months BPO experience
Previous sales, upselling, or outbound sales experience required
High School Graduate — Old or New Curriculum accepted
B2 English proficiency
Minimum 25 WPM typing speed
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable making outbound calls
Target-driven and motivated by incentives
Willing to work onsite

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Highly driven and goal-oriented
• Confident when speaking with customers
• Comfortable selling and upselling products/services
• Motivated by commissions and performance incentives
• Resilient and able to handle objections
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have a stable employment history. Applicants with frequent job changes, such as 2–3 companies within one year, may not be considered.

Consecutive seasonal or project-based employment may also be subject to screening.

LOCATION

Taguig and nearby areas

Applicants residing in or near:
Pateros
Mandaluyong
Parañaque

Relocators are welcome, provided they can relocate before starting.

SHIFT & WORK SCHEDULE
Always shifting / Night shift
Shifts may start as early as 8:00 PM PHT
Split days off may apply

EARNING POTENTIAL

₱20,000 Basic + ₱1,500 Rice Allowance
₱15,000–₱30,000 average monthly commission
Potential total monthly earnings: up to ₱51,500+
