Outbound Sales Manager - Norwegian Cruise Line - MOA - Up to 160K Package

Company: Teleperformance

Location: MOA - Onsite (WFO)

Account: Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings - Outbound Sales Account

Salary: PHP 130,000 - 160,000 Package

Setup: Onsite - Full-time

Shift: Shifting (11 PM onwards - B&M)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

Teleperformance MOA is hiring an Outbound Sales Manager for our Norwegian Cruise Line Account! Earn up to PHP 160K package. If you have 2-3 years experience as OM/SOM handling Outbound Sales in BPO, apply now!

What You'll Do:

- Lead outbound and inbound telesales operations in a call center environment

- Drive sales as primary focus while handling minimal inbound service tasks

- Handle customer-initiated calls for service activation, product changes, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

- Drive development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, and processes

- Serve as final decision-maker in your area, coaching, mentoring, and training team members

- Ensure successful implementation of short to medium-term business activities

- Lead a team of Specialists with full employee lifecycle responsibility

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience as Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM)

- Must have managed an Outbound (OB) Sales account within BPO / contact center

- Experienced Specialist in one discipline with strong understanding of related disciplines

- Proven ability to develop new solutions for programs and complex projects

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-level teams

- Willing to work onsite in MOA and shifting schedule (11 PM onwards)
