JOB TITLE: Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

LOCATION: Onsite — Manila
WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORK SHIFT: Shifting
VOICE/NON-VOICE: Non-voice

Role Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. Engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Provide solutions to work-related problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and processes
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application capabilities
Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of applications

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)
Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices
Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management
Familiarity with APIs and web services for application connectivity
Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions
Experience troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues
Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)
Must currently be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country
