Payroll SystemPosition:** Payroll Manager -HRIS**

Location: Antel Global Corporate Centre, Floor 28th ,1605 Doña Julia Vargas Ave,



Ortigas Center, Pasig



Working set-up: Onsite



Working schedule: Night Shift



Budget-80k-90K max package



 



Job Profile:



 



Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s objectives and ensure salaries and benefits comply with the company’s principles on employee performance and pay equity



Keep track of prevailing pay rates and set programs to ensure we offer competitive compensation plans



Determine local and global employee benefit best practices by continuously benchmarking industry and employment trends and tracking legislation



Conduct Salary Analysis on incumbents and new hires as input to promotions, adjustments, and job offers



Prepare regular reports for upper management



Help the Payroll Head in developing work standards



Forecast budget for salary increases



Responsible for ensuring that payroll and employee benefits are processed in a timely and accurate manner



END- End Retirals filing as per the law



 



 



Requirement:



 



A minimum 5 years of solid experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing



Practical experience with payroll systems, practices, and procedures



A high degree of computer literacy; working knowledge of HRIS and MS Excel



Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization



Highly developed organizational skills are required



Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature



A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities to develop and improve new and current skills and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
