Job Description :

We are hiring a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) for a non-voice healthcare operations role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on clinical experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to review healthcare information, maintain accurate documentation, and follow established healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and process healthcare-related information accurately using clinical knowledge and established procedures.
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation and records.
Follow healthcare policies, confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to meet quality, productivity, and operational targets.

Required Skills :

Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
Clinical knowledge and experience in bedside nursing, hospital, or clinical settings.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to follow healthcare protocols and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications :

Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse with an active license valid for at least six months from the date of application.
Minimum of one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse. Training and internship experience will not be considered.
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from a recent employer.
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting schedule.
Former or current employees of the client are not eligible.
