Job Title : PHRN Clinical Analyst (Non-Voice)

Job Description

We are hiring Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) for a Clinical Analyst – Non-Voice role in Quezon City. This opportunity is ideal for licensed nurses with at least one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse who are interested in applying their clinical knowledge in a non-voice healthcare operations environment.

The role requires strong clinical understanding, medical terminology knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to review and process healthcare-related information accurately. Candidates must have an active Philippine nursing license that remains valid for at least six months from the date of application and a valid Certificate of Employment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Apply clinical knowledge and nursing expertise to review and process healthcare-related information in a non-voice environment.

2. Review clinical records and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to applicable guidelines and procedures.

3. Interpret medical terminology and relevant clinical information to support accurate case processing and documentation.

4. Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, confidentiality, and quality while meeting established operational targets.

5. Follow client procedures, healthcare documentation requirements, data privacy standards, and internal quality guidelines, escalating discrepancies when necessary.

Required Skills

1. Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of nursing practices, clinical concepts, and healthcare documentation.

2. Medical Terminology: Ability to understand and interpret medical terms and clinical information accurately.

3. Clinical Documentation and Review: Attention to detail when reviewing healthcare records and related information.

4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify inconsistencies, assess information, and follow established procedures.

5. Communication and Data Accuracy: Strong written communication, documentation, organization, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or the required nursing qualification for Philippine Registered Nurses.

Licensure and Experience:

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active nursing license valid for at least six months from the date of application.

• Minimum of one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

• Staff Nurse experience must be actual work experience and must not be based on training or internship alone.

• Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).

• Must not be a current or former employee of the Sagility Healthcare
