PHRN Clinical Analyst (Non-Voice)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) to join our Clinical Analyst team in a non-voice healthcare role. The position involves supporting clinical processes and documentation while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable healthcare policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license, valid for at least six months upon application.

• At least 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

• Training and internship experience do not count toward the required clinical experience.

• Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employment.

• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting schedule.

• Current or former employees of the client are not eligible.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary: ₱30,000 per month.

• Flex fund allowance: ₱1,000 per month.

• Total monthly package: ₱31,000.

• 20% night differential.

• HMO coverage from Day 1.

• Performance incentives.

• 14th-month pay.

• Rice allowance of ₱300 per month upon regularization.

• Referral bonus.

Recruitment Process

Onsite Assessment Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Sagility Office, G/F Giga Tower, E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Brgy. Ugong Norte, Quezon City, Metro Manila 1110.
