Job Title: PHRN Clinical Analyst – Voice Account

Salary Package: PHP 31,000 (PHP 30,000 basic + PHP 1,000 flex fund allowance)

Job Overview

We are hiring Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) for a Voice Account Clinical Analyst role. Candidates must have an active nursing license and at least one year of actual bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

Required Qualifications

Philippine Registered Nurse with an active license valid for at least six months from the date of application.
Minimum one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
Internship or training experience does not qualify.
Valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer(s).
Must not be a current or former employee of the client.
Willing to work from home on a shifting schedule.
Must be amenable to onsite recruitment processing and assessment in Quezon City.
Include your middle initial or full middle name and current residential address in your CV.

Salary and Benefits

PHP 30,000 basic salary + PHP 1,000 flex fund allowance
20% night differential
HMO coverage from Day 1
Performance incentives
14th-month pay
PHP 300 monthly rice allowance upon regularization
