Job Title: PHRN Clinical Analyst – Voice Account
Work Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Work from Home (WAH)
Work Schedule: Shifting
Experience: 1-6yrs
Key Responsibilities :
Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries through voice support.
Provide accurate information and assistance based on established healthcare processes.
Review and document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain professional communication while meeting performance targets.
Required Skills :
Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
Bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good documentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on a shifting schedule.
Qualifications :
Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse with an active license valid for at least six months from the date of application.
Minimum of one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse. Training and internship experience will not be considered.
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employers.
Former or current employees of the client are not eligible.
