PHRN Medical Coder (CPC/CPMA Certified) – Hybrid | MOA, Pasay

Work Location: MOA, Pasay (Hybrid Setup)
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary Package: Up to ₱54,675/month

Compensation Breakdown

Basic Pay: ₱24,000
Complexity Allowance: ₱4,000
Coding Allowance: ₱20,000
Process Allowance: ₱4,000
Standard Allowance: ₱2,675

Target Start Date: August 10

About the Role

We are seeking experienced PHRN Medical Coders with strong expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. This opportunity is ideal for licensed healthcare professionals with active coding certifications who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic healthcare operations environment.

Qualifications

Required

Active PRC Nursing License

Active CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor) Certification

2–3 years of Medical Coding experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

ICD-10 Coding
CPT Coding
HCPCS Coding Systems

Excellent attention to detail and coding accuracy

Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Amenable to a hybrid work setup in MOA, Pasay

Preferred

Experience in Bill Review is an advantage but not required
