JOB DETAILS
Salary: Up to ₱45,000
Location: McKinley West, Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Start Date: November 8, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1–2 years of experience in a contact center/BPO operations supervisory role
Minimum of 3 years of GDS (Global Distribution System) experience
Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in contact center software and reporting tools
Knowledge of contact center metrics, performance improvement, quality assurance, and compliance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
