PROJECT NAME: Procurement BPO



POSITION TITLE: Procurement Operations Associate Manager



WORK SETUP: Hybrid



Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift



Project Rest Day: Weekends



Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons, Cybergate Tower 2



Responsibilities



The External Talent Associate Manager will:



Lead sourcing exercises including RFIs and RFPs in the delivery of the category strategy and market unit objectives



Lead upfront market research and supplier identification for category projects



Partner with stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned to procurement and business objectives



Work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders to support sourcing and category management activities



Provide analysis of sourcing activities to maintain competitiveness of contracts



Build trusted partnerships with supplier panels to deliver strategy and objectives



Manage KPI reporting of supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement



Perform total cost of ownership analysis for continuous cost improvement projects



Gather monthly performance data and prepare executive reports and presentations



Support supply market research and category planning activities



Perform complex problem-solving functions to ensure customer satisfaction with services



Ensure communication flows across local and global functions involved in category delivery



Develop strong working relationships with customer stakeholders at corporate and business unit levels



Support P2P processes as required in the delivery of procurement services



Present recommendations for efficiency, innovation, and cost optimization strategies in an advisory capacity



Professional Skill Requirements



Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)



Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities



Multi-tasking and project management skills



Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word



Adaptable communication skills to work across varied corporate cultures



Independent self-starter with a drive for results



Collaborative and able to deliver outcomes in a dynamic business environment



Skills and Qualifications



Minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement, vendor management, supplier management, or contracting



Supervisory experience not required



Experience in sourcing vendors, resource management, RPO, or staff augmentation is a plus



College graduate



Strong knowledge of procurement methodology and successful negotiation of complex purchasing agreements (especially in Contingent Labor/HR-Recruiting categories)



Good understanding of contingent labor-related legal landscape (employment law, immigration, work visa classifications, etc.)



Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adopt a flexible approach



Comfortable working in multicultural environments and across organizational levels



Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and customer-focused communication



Forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and self-managed team player



Comfortable working in matrix organizations



Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate effectively



Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time



Must not be a job hopper (less than one year per company)



Must not have an active application with the client



Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture
