• Handle customer interactions related to banking and other financial services.

• Assist customers with banking transactions, collections, fraud-related concerns, underwriting, payouts, and similar financial processes.

• Communicate professionally and confidently with international customers.

• Identify customer issues, analyze problems, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow established procedures, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure effective resolution of queries.

Qualifications

• Education: At least a high school graduate under the old curriculum, Senior High School graduate, or a student who has completed at least two years of college; college graduates are also eligible.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in US or UK banking and telephony processes.

• Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or similar financial accounts is required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and clear, assertive communication.

• Good understanding of customer service operations.

• Comfortable interacting with international customers.​
