Production Agent

WORK LOCATION: Eton, Quezon City

WORK SETUP: Purely Work Onsite

SALARY: Up to 20% hike from last drawn salary + ₱2,400 allowance (depending on experience)

JOINING BONUS: ₱40,000

Qualifications

Educational:


At least HS Old Curriculum / SHS / 2nd Year Completed up to College Graduate – required


Experience:


1 to 2 years US or UK banking and telephony – required


Must have experience from the following financial accounts: banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or other similar roles – required


Good problem-solving skills with proper and assertive communication


Understanding of customer service domain and comfortable dealing with international customers


Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and concerns for financial accounts


Resolve issues efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience


Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers


Document interactions accurately in the system


Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
