JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Control delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services
- Monitors delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services
- Plan programs, projects and/or managed services
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 4 to 8 years of relevant experiences
- Project or Program experience
- Transition Management experience
- Continuous Improvement and Governance experience
- Knowledge in Excel (VBA or Macro)
- General knowledge on Transformation only; no six sigma belts/certifications required
- Working experience in building / mobilizing reports
- Keen attention to detail
- Good communication skills; can communicate across different levels within the organization
- Strong project management skills with working experience on risk and issue management
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels and can also lead multiple teams
- Good stakeholder management, with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
- Strong Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills
