At least High School Graduate
Must have at least 6 months BPO experience
Good communication skills
Willing to work onsite in Cubao
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries for UK Telco and Webhosting accounts
Assist customers with account concerns, product inquiries, and technical concerns
Promote and upsell company products and services when needed
Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
