Job Title : Python Programmer / Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Programmer / Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python programming, data extraction, data consolidation, and data cleansing. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain efficient data-processing solutions, transform and validate datasets, and support reporting and visualization requirements using Tableau.

Candidates with knowledge of banking operations and financial risk management will be preferred. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential for this role.


Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: Daily onsite
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Python Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize Python scripts and applications for data extraction, transformation, consolidation, and processing.

2. Data Cleansing & Validation: Clean, validate, reconcile, and consolidate datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Support data analysis and reporting requirements, using Tableau to visualize information and communicate meaningful insights where required.

4. Solution Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify data-processing issues, investigate root causes, and implement efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions.

5. Team Collaboration & Delivery: Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, support project deliverables, and maintain effective communication throughout development activities.

Required Skills

1. Python Programming – Strong hands-on experience in Python development, scripting, and data processing.

2. Data Extraction, Consolidation & Cleansing – Experience handling, transforming, validating, and consolidating datasets.

3. Tableau – Working experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

4. Banking & Financial Risk Management – Knowledge of banking processes and financial risk management is preferred.

5. Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving – Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and solution-oriented thinking.

Qualification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in Python is mandatory.

• Tableau experience is required as the secondary technology skill.

• Experience in data extraction, data consolidation, and data cleansing.

• Banking and financial risk management knowledge is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• TOR and Diploma must be available on hand.
