We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive end-to-end test strategy for enterprise healthcare solutions. You will lead testing initiatives, establish QA standards, and ensure high-quality delivery of Oracle Fusion applications using TOSCA automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end test strategy (functional, non-functional, regression).

• Plan and estimate testing efforts for releases.

• Drive risk-based testing and prioritization.

• Define QA metrics (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time).

• Establish QA standards, playbooks, and best practices.

• Collaborate with clients and organizational leadership on strategy

Qualifications:

• College Graduate – required.

• 5+ years relevant experience for Lead role – required.

• Hands-on TOSCA test software knowledge – required.

• Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge – mandatory.

• Experience in Healthcare – required.

• Finance and Supply Chain knowledge – required.

• Strong communication skills – required.

• Not a job hopper – stable employment history.

• Nice-to-have: OATS (Oracle Applications Testing Suite)
