WE'RE HIRING: QA – ORDER TO CASH (O2C)!

Program: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

Location: Alabang

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (Possible Weekends)

Salary: Up to ₱35,000 Package

Start Date: ASAP

Headcount: 1

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C).

- BFSI or Financial Services background is required.

- Experience in BPO, Shared Services, GCC, or Captive Operations is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- QA, auditing, or process compliance experience is an advantage.

- Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift and possible weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Audit O2C transactions for accuracy and compliance.

- Identify process gaps and recurring errors.

- Provide feedback and recommend corrective actions.

- Prepare quality reports and monitor performance.

- Participate in quality calibration and process improvement initiatives.
