Core Responsibilities
- Understand business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify expectations and acceptance criteria.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Identify test objectives, scope, resources, and timelines
- Create detailed test cases based on requirements.
- Ensure coverage of functional, non-functional, and edge scenarios.
- Perform manual and automated testing.
- Validate functionality, performance, usability, and security.
- Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies.
- Work with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like defect density, test coverage, and pass rate.
- Provide regular reports to management on q
uality status and risks.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate/College Graduate, at least 2nd year completed
• At least 2 to 4 years of overall experience
• Should have at least 1 to 2 years experience as a Quality Analyst in providing quality monitoring feedbacks in call centre/BPO - sales domain. This is mandated.
• Good communication skills
• Open for local or Filipino applicants only
