Quality Analyst (Medical Billing) - Night Shift

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Qualifications:

Any Graduate Preferred

2-3+ years of experience in the calling process

Skills Required:

High-level productivity and quality performance

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Strong written and oral communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and multitask

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct random transactional monitoring to ensure quality check of the previous day's production, including account analysis and calling analysis.

Identify critical errors in the process such as incorrect follow-ups, incomplete information capture, and inadequate actions taken.

Communicate errors to associates and process owners, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Enforce adherence to Corrective Action Policy and track improvements in individuals being audited.

Conduct weekly briefings to educate the team on major errors and coach them on correct follow-ups.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly error-free quality performance reports to internal clients.

Maintain quality metrics, including process quality score, individual quality score, number of errors, Corrective Action policy adherence, categorization of associates, documentation of fatal errors, improvement plans, and process knowledge tests.

Responsible for random transaction audits and assessing the performance of new hires during the OJT/nesting period.
