Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years in a QA AM/TL role or currently in a Sr. TL level role
•Knowledge of quality tools and analysis
•Experience in financial services (preferred)
•Must have an understanding of NPS calculation/CSAT
•Knowledge of quality framework deployment in new transitions
•6 years of experience in BPO
