HIRING: RCM OPERATIONS MANAGER

Night Shift | ₱80K–₱110K
Target Start: October 5, 2026

Lead large-scale Healthcare RCM Operations and drive service delivery, client governance, people leadership, compliance, and operational excellence.

MUST-HAVE:
5+ years progressive BPO leadership experience
Strong Healthcare RCM management experience
Large-team & multi-LOB management
Client governance: WBR/MBR/QBR
WFM, capacity planning & operational analytics
HIPAA/Healthcare compliance knowledge
Strong strategic & executive communication skills
