Job Title : RCM Operations Manager

Location: TP Alphaland, Magallanes, Makati
Work Setup: Onsite

Description

We are looking for an experienced RCM Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale Revenue Cycle Management program. The role will own end-to-end service delivery, operational performance, cost efficiency, client governance, and leadership development across the RCM operation.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience managing Healthcare RCM campaigns within a BPO environment, with a strong track record in multi-LOB operations, client management, workforce optimization, financial performance, and healthcare compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RCM operations and ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, financial targets, and service delivery objectives across multiple lines of business.
Drive workforce and operational optimization by partnering with WFM on forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, schedule alignment, and data-driven process improvements.
Lead and develop the operations leadership team, including Assistant Managers and Supervisors, while driving engagement, accountability, retention, and leadership succession.
Manage client governance and relationships by leading WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, client escalations, service recovery plans, and strategic operational discussions.
Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, automation, HIPAA compliance, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualification

Minimum 5+ years of progressive BPO operations leadership experience.
Significant experience managing Healthcare RCM campaigns at a managerial level.
Proven experience managing large teams and multiple RCM lines of business (LOBs).
Strong understanding of RCM metrics, financial analytics, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.
Experience managing client relationships and leading WBR, MBR, and QBR discussions.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and BPO compliance frameworks.
Exceptional executive communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
Candidates must demonstrate stable career progression and at least 2 years of tenure in previous roles. Candidates with multiple roles lasting less than 2 years should not be endorsed.

Work Setup: 100% onsite – TP Alphaland, Magallanes, Makati.
Shift: Night Shift.
