HIRING: RCM OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

TP Alphaland, Magallanes, Makati | Onsite
Night Shift | Target Start: October 5, 2026

Lead and develop an RCM team in a high-volume BPO environment while driving quality, productivity, SLA, TAT, compliance, and operational excellence.

MUST-HAVE:
2–3+ years BPO experience
Hands-on Healthcare RCM experience
Prior Supervisor / Team Leader / SME experience
Knowledge of Billing, Collections, AR, Claims & Denials
Strong coaching, analytical & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HIPAA & healthcare data privacy
