Job Title: Real-Time Analyst (RTA)

Location: Davao
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Rotational/Shifting Schedule
Salary: PHP 21,000 – 27,000

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to join our team in Davao. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring intraday operations, ensuring service level targets are achieved, and optimizing staffing in real time.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor queues, staffing, and service levels in real time.
Track attendance and schedule adherence.
Identify and escalate risks that may impact operational performance.
Provide immediate recommendations to address staffing and service level gaps.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of WFM or RTA experience in a BPO environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and Workforce Management (WFM) tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work onsite in Davao on a shifting schedule.
