*About The Role:*

ResultsCX Cebu is mass hiring for Premium Telco Voice Account. Up to 25K package + HMO + fast virtual hiring process!

*Salary Based on Experience:*

- *PHP 20K Package:* For 6 to 23 months BPO voice experience

- *PHP 25K Package:* For 24 months and above BPO voice experience

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle premium telco inquiries via voice support

- Provide troubleshooting, billing, and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently with empathy

- Maintain high CSAT and quality scores

- Meet KPIs and performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience required

- Strong English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including night shift, weekends, holidays

- Can start ASAP
