Job Title: Retail Account Associate

Job Description:

Concentrix is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Retail Account in Mactan. We are looking for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and helping customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in Mactan
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
