Customer Support Representative

Account: Auto Insurance Account

Work Type: Voice and Back Office Support

Location: Cebu City

Compensation and Benefits:

- Basic salary up to 18,500 pesos monthly

- Total monthly allowances up to 8,675 pesos

- Night differential for night shifts

- Standard HMO and government benefits

Requirements:

- High school graduate or higher

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience

- Valid driver’s license required

- Strong communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu

Hiring Process:

- Initial interview via phone or Zoom

- Final interview onsite at EXL Cebu
