Retail Banking Voice Specialist - B2 Level - Urgent Hiring

We are hiring a Client Service Specialist for our Retail Banking account. This is a voice role ideal for banking professionals with strong sales and client service experience.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent client service via voice support for retail banking customers

- Acquire new clients and help grow CASA and deposit accounts

- Cross-sell various banking products including loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products

- Manage client portfolios and maintain strong relationships

- Meet sales targets and deliver quality customer service

- Document interactions accurately and follow banking protocols

Qualifications:

- With 2-3 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Investments

- Must have voice account experience - B2 level English or higher

- Combined experience as Voice CSR + Retail Banking is highly preferred

- Strong background in client acquisition, generating CASA/deposits, cross-selling, and portfolio management

- Experience in any of these roles: Relationship Manager/Officer, Business Relationship Officer, Personal Banker, Priority/Premier RM, Branch Sales Officer, New Accounts Officer, Sales & Service Officer, Client Relationship Officer

- Currently based in the Philippines
