Job title: Risk Adjustment Medical Coder Team Leader (Non-Voice)

Work setup: Temporary WFH

Work schedule: Shifting

Salary budget: PHP 50,000 package (Fixed and non-negotiable)

Location: All locations in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao and Clark, Pampanga)

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience

• With SME/people-manager experience for at least 1 year.

• Active PHRN license

Certificate/Credentials

• CPC (RA Coder)

Recruitment Process:
• Validation

• Talkpush profile creation

• HR Interview

• Hiring Manager Interview

• Onboarding

Screening notes:
• Current location and preferred site to work

• Do you have an active PHRN license? Provide the validity date
