Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account

Job Description

Sagility is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account in Iloilo. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling customer queries, and supporting healthcare-related processes while maintaining high service quality standards.

Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 72 units and at least 6 months of customer service-related work experience.
OR Graduate of a 4-year course with at least 6 months of customer service-related work experience.
Good customer service orientation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work onsite.
