*WHAT YOU'LL DO:*

Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration solutions

Lead, mentor, and support team members while driving technical excellence

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams

Drive team performance and contribute to key project and technical decisions

Implement and optimize identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and role management

Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements

Support resolution of identity and access-related security incidents

Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operating procedures

Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge-sharing

*WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

Minimum 5 years hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments

Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ IIQ and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud ISC

Strong background in IGA, IAM, Access Certification, Provisioning, Role and Entitlement Management, Identity Lifecycle Management

Experience leading large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation projects

Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions

Strong understanding of identity governance, compliance requirements, security controls, risk assessment, and security frameworks

Must be amenable to hybrid setup with shifting schedule in Cubao

Open to applicants currently residing and legally able to work in the Philippines
