We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager to lead Identity Security and Identity Governance initiatives across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

In this role, you will lead identity governance projects, mentor team members, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and help organizations secure access to critical systems while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and enhance SailPoint-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
Lead, mentor, and support team members while driving technical excellence and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams to deliver identity security initiatives.
Drive team performance and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
Implement and optimize identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, deprovisioning, and role management processes.
Manage access certification and access review processes.
Assess identity-related risks and recommend appropriate security improvements.
Support the investigation and resolution of identity and access-related security incidents.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Contribute to large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with:

SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
