We’re looking for a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager to lead enterprise Identity Governance and Administration initiatives, solve complex identity security challenges, and help organizations strengthen access controls across critical systems.

What You’ll Do

Design, implement, configure, and optimize SailPoint IGA solutions.
Work with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Lead identity governance projects and provide technical direction to the team.
Implement and improve identity lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, and role management.
Translate business and security requirements into scalable SailPoint solutions.
Assess identity risks and strengthen security controls.
Troubleshoot identity and access issues and support security incident resolution.
Collaborate with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Mentor IAM professionals and promote technical excellence.
Develop standards, documentation, and best practices.

What You Bring

5+ years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.
Expertise in:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- IGA / IAM
- Access Reviews & Certifications
- Provisioning & Deprovisioning
- Role & Entitlement Management
- Identity Lifecycle Management
Experience with large-scale SailPoint implementations, integrations, enhancements, or transformations.
Strong understanding of identity governance, security controls, risk management, and compliance.
Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions.
Leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Must currently be in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work in the country.
Willing to work hybrid in Cubao with possible shifting schedules.
