Job Title: SAILPOINT ENGINEER – ASSOCIATE MANAGER (IDENTITY SECURITY)

Location: Cubao, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, enhance, and optimize SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for complex enterprise environments.
Lead, mentor, and support IAM professionals while driving technical excellence, team performance, and key project decisions.
Implement and manage identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, and entitlement management processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, and technical teams to deliver enterprise identity security initiatives.
Assess identity-related risks, strengthen security controls, and recommend improvements aligned with governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Troubleshoot and support identity and access-related security incidents, while configuring, customizing, and optimizing SailPoint solutions to address complex business and security requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures, while promoting identity security best practices through training and knowledge-sharing.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience in complex enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Proven experience with IGA and IAM, including Access Certification, Access Reviews, Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Role & Entitlement Management, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
Experience contributing to or leading large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of identity governance, compliance requirements, security controls, risk assessment, and risk management methodologies.
Knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory standards, and security incident response processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable identity security solutions.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills, with a passion for improving identity governance, security controls, processes, and user experience.
