Join a leading Cybersecurity team and play a key role in helping global organizations strengthen their Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs through enterprise-scale SailPoint implementations, security initiatives, and governance transformations.

As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you'll combine deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities—designing and optimizing identity security solutions, guiding project delivery, mentoring IAM professionals, and helping organizations protect critical systems while meeting security and compliance requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager, you will:

Design, implement, configure, and enhance SailPoint IGA solutions
Lead and mentor team members while promoting technical excellence
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity teams, and other technical groups
Drive team performance and contribute to important technical and project decisions
Implement and optimize:
- Identity lifecycle management
- Access governance
- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- Role and entitlement management
- Access certifications and reviews
Assess identity-related risks and recommend appropriate security improvements
Troubleshoot and support identity and access-related security incidents
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions to promote identity security best practices
Contribute to large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of strong, hands-on SailPoint experience
Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Proven experience with:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Access Certification and Access Reviews
- Provisioning and Deprovisioning
- Role and Entitlement Management
- Identity Lifecycle Management
Experience contributing to or leading large-scale SailPoint:
- Implementations
- Enhancements
- Integrations
- Transformation projects
Strong ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions

TECHNICAL & SECURITY SKILLS

Strong understanding of:

Enterprise Identity Governance and Access Management
Identity Governance and Compliance Requirements
Security Controls and Best Practices
Risk Assessment and Risk Management
Security Frameworks and Regulatory Standards
Security Incident Response Processes

You should also be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable SailPoint solutions and effective identity governance controls.
