Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Agents. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the success of our organization. If you have a minimum of 1 year of hardcore selling or upselling sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of selling our products/services or upselling existing offerings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.

Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and strategies.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.

Document and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of hardcore selling or upselling sales experience.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

High school graduates (SHS) or equivalent education; college graduates and undergraduates are also welcome to apply.

Willingness to work on-site.
