Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with billing concerns and account-related inquiries.
• Promote and recommend products or services that fit customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
  

Qualifications

At least 18 years old

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
Good English communication skills
No BPO experience required – Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
