Job Summary:
We are seeking an SAP B1 Technical Consultant with deep expertise in the SAP B1 Integration Framework (B1iF). This role is critical for a business ecosystem that relies on seamless data flow between SAP B1 and third-party applications. You will be the primary architect for our integration scenarios, responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex message flows, while also supporting SDK development and database optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot complex integration scenarios using the SAP B1 Integration Framework (B1iF), including multi-system orchestration and data synchronization.
Create and maintain XSLT mappings, XML transformations, B1iF atoms, and internal integration logic to ensure accurate data exchange across third-party systems.
Monitor the Integration Framework, manage message queues, resolve failed messages, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize performance.
Develop and maintain SAP Business One add-ons using the SDK, including DI-API and UI-API.
Develop and optimize SQL/HANA queries, stored procedures, and views to support integration, reporting, and database requirements.
Lead technical testing of integration scenarios, ensuring edge cases are addressed and system-to-system communication remains reliable.
Maintain technical documentation for integration flows, API endpoints, custom code, and integration processes while collaborating with functional consultants and third-party vendors.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience as an SAP B1 Technical Consultant, with at least 2 years of hands-on B1iF experience.
Deep knowledge of B1iF architecture, SLD configuration, XSLT, and XML.
Proficiency in C# or VB.NET and experience with the SAP Business One Service Layer.
Strong command of MS SQL Server/T-SQL and/or SAP HANA.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to understand how data changes affect connected systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical integration concepts to functional consultants, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
