Hiring – SAP Basis Administrator

Location: Cebu City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Shift: Shifting
Salary Budget: ₱60,000–₱150,000
Experience: Minimum 2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator responsible for designing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining SAP systems to support business and application requirements.

The role will involve SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP system reliability and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure SAP applications based on business and application requirements.
Perform SAP Basis Administration activities, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Monitor SAP system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP operations.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Basis Administration and implement relevant improvements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SAP Basis Administration.
Strong proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
Strong understanding of SAP application design, configuration, and build.
Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Knowledge of current SAP Basis technologies and best practices.
Educational background in Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience delivering effective SAP solutions.

Work Eligibility & Requirements

Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup with a shifting schedule in Cebu City.
Only candidates currently in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work in the country are eligible.
Candidates must not have an active or recent application with the client.
Current employees of the client are not eligible.
