Job Title : SAP Master Data Governance Consultant

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) Consultant for a hybrid opportunity in Taguig City, Philippines. The role will focus on SAP Master Data Management, Data Governance, SAP Data Migration, SAP MDG implementation, and business transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP MDG, SAP Data Migration, SAP ABAP, SAP BODS, SAP S/4HANA Migration, Syniti ADM, SAP workflows, BRF, FPM, and master data models. The role involves working with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data management solutions.

Key Responsibilities — 5 Points

Design and deliver SAP Master Data Governance and Data Management transformation projects.
Conduct data assessments, process analysis, business requirements gathering, and develop future-state solutions.
Configure and develop SAP MDG workflows, BRF, FPM, data models, CVI, and related RICEFW solutions.
Support SAP data migration and S/4HANA migration activities, including mock conversions and production data loads.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders while supporting project delivery, governance, consulting, and practice development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG and SAP Data Migration.
Experience with SAP MDG data models, workflows, BRF, FPM, CVI, architecture, and deployment approaches.
Strong SAP ABAP skills with experience developing RICEFW or configuring SAP MDG requirements.
Experience with SAP BODS, including extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, and loading.
Experience with SAP migration tools such as LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, or ABAP-based migration programs.
Knowledge of SAP tables and master data objects.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration and mock-to-production data conversion activities.
Experience with Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Previous consulting or internal project experience is preferred.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule based on client/project requirements.
Must currently be in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country.

Hybrid setup in Taguig City.
Candidates must be flexible to work on a shifting schedule depending on the client/project.
Strong hands-on SAP MDG and SAP Data Migration experience is required.
